Rx 470 sapphire or other ?

so i am gonna buy rx 470 and corrently in my country we only have rx 470 nitro so should i go for it or should i wait for asus or another non-reference card ? is sapphire worth buying ?

It really depends on what you want. The nitro sapphire is a good card. But I would rather wait for some other card manufacturers and see what they have to offer.

Sapphire is the EVGA of AMD so yes, there are better coolers for the RX470 but at least in the UK, they are by far the cheapest

If you need the computer now or can't wait, sure. Get the Sapphire card. It is indeed a good card and is cheap,, like @Mr.Meerkat said.

lol i know my budget is not like others  cz my country take lots of vat/taxes

Well depending on the price of the card, if it's decently cheap then how it runs a little more hot and a little more loud is a fair trade of to something that costs 50 euros more or something  (while being quieter and cooler than the reference card and it has a custom PCB so you're not missing out on the important components for the dank OCs...)

I can understand you. It's hard looking for good components on the cheap since there's so many and you have to guess which parts are more important than the others.

i dont know what did you say was to disappoint me or to encourage me . so should i buy r9 380x ?

lol my country 470 price is 280 us dollar which is in your country is probably 210$
