fixed in next update Profile picture

Hello,

First off I'm new to the forums so hey. 

 

Second while I was in the process of updating my profile I was unable to upload a profile picture.. 

I first started on my iphone which went well with the cover photo but was unable to do anything when it came to the profile picture. Figured it could've been just my phone. 

So I went to the nearest laptop and got on Internet explorer and was having the same issue.

The window pops up that you choose what your trying to do (upload, web link, or no photo) when I click or press the upload button I get another upload button at the bottom but when I press it I'm not getting anything to pop up.

There is a bug in iOS Safari that prevents uploading of a profile picture, which will be fixed in the next forum update. I'm not aware of an issue with Internet Explorer, but if it's an older version (not IE 11), it may not be fully supported because it's not fully compliant with web standards. If you can try with Chrome or Firefox, it should work.
