SLI, frame latency

Hello,

   I am looking to buy a new GPU, My main game is CSGO, currently a GTX 1070, I know, I don't need it, I just want it, Im asking, does SLI cause frame latency? I have heard this in different places and not sure about it.

I got a 144hz Monitor, BenQ 1ms Response Time and input lag, run at 1024x768 resolution, K70 RGB Cherry Mx Red Keyboard, you got it tight, Also I run CSGO at 400 fps so the latency is less than 1

Yeah people don't realize your response time is like 230ms

Pro Players don't have inhuman reactions, most pro players who have done tests have about 180 - 250 Ms. It's game sense, Once you go all in you can0t come out. Not saying Ill become a pro player just saying. Once you get 1ms you cant go back to 5 or 6ms, Like mechanical keyboards
