This is a caching issue, and it has been fixed, but you may need to purge your local cache to fix it for you.

So, It says I have a notification but every time I check it is the same one and keeps coming back.

 

It doesn't seem to think I've read it. @colonel_mortis

I had the same problem too. I am going to try clearing my cache.
