Need help with a windows key transfer!

Firstly, can someone verify that my version is non OEM?

This is due to other forums warning me about an OEM version, as my current PC is a prebuilt

I was wondering if i deactivate the key from a cmd command, will I be able to re-use the key in another fresh install of windows on another pc?

The fresh install is due to moving from AMD to Intel.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks :)2016_09_03_20_42_18_Windows_Script_Host.jpg

You just have to link the key to your microsoft account and you're good.
