I asked wheather i gtx 1060 or rx480.

I'm going with i5 6500 for a cpu. So I dont know which gpu to buy for 290 us dollar max. So could you guys leave a link tona gpu that is either rx480 or gtx 1060. For rx480 i heard i should go with non reference like asus or gigabyte because of power issue

RX480 vs 1060 is very subjective, some people are gonna say RX480 and some are gonna say 1060...if you're debating between the 4GB RX480 and the 3GB 1060 then the RX480 easily wins while the 6GB 1060 and 8GB RX480 is a different story as the 6GB 1060 wins in more situations and games than the RX480 does so...meh?

For $290 I wanted to get 6gb gtx 1060 or 8gb rx480 it's hard to decide

Just take which ever that is cheaper since their performance is similar
