Yeah unless your doing custom water loops and have a huge reservoir, drainage system and crazy tubing with several gpus and a load of fans on the tower, a mid tower is more than enough.

The URL in the URL bar is NOT the correct link. That is a generic link that doesn't show me anything other than my own PCPP build. 

 

You have to copy the link that's directly above the parts list labeled: 'permalink'

The build I linked is better than that one. 

 

Go with a 1070 if your priority is rendering/3d modelling (and if those programs can utilize 6 cores). Then you'll be under budget.
