First PC Build

I want to build a nice new build for around 1000 or 1100 USD. The main use would be for gaming and general use.

I want:

a quad core, preferably with hyperthreading,

16 GB RAM,

And an SSD for the OS

I also need a monitor, preferably 1080p, but if there is a 1440p monitor for a comparable price, that would be fine. The monitor doesn't have to be included in the price above. 

My preferred case is either an NZXT Noctis 450 or the Corsair SPEC-ALPHA.

Edit 1: I'd prefer it to handle 1080p very easily, I'm not looking for superb quality, but I'd at least want it to run GTAV smoothly.

You can't overclock the cpu with h110m mobo.
