Thermoelectric cooler help

So I bought this thermoelectric cooler off of eBay, https://www.ebay.com/itm/262567854195  but I am not too informed on electronics. Can I just plugin this into 120v wall outlet or do I need to get a transformer of sort to lower the voltage? Again I am open to any suggestions. Thanks!
