Ear pads getting worn out

I have some Superlux HD 681's with the cheap zalman mic and the earpads on the headphones are getting kind of worn out, the plastic leather kind of thing has 'cuts' on it and if I move nad the headphones rub on my head it kind of scratches me.

Do you guys have any earpads to suggest for me to replace these? They are also slightly small and not very comfortable so something more comfortable would be nice.

The pads that fit on the AKG K701s will fit. They are rather comfortable, but they are also kinda pricy.

My recommendation would be to get HiFiMan pads. They do fit, but you have to stretch the vinyl a bit.
