try speedfan , in my experience it has the best readout , coretemp and others seem to be iffy , on my fx (known for offset readouts) speedfan is the only accurate one

RyzenAir : AMD R5 3600 | AsRock AB350M Pro4 | 32gb Aegis DDR4 3000 | GTX 1070 FE | Fractal Design Node 804
RyzenITX : Ryzen 7 1700 | GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI | 16gb DDR4 2666 | GTX 1060 | Cougar QBX

Could be a bad temp sensor.

Speedfan is good for adjusting case fan speeds, but not the best for monitoring temps.

Pretty much any monitoring software will tell you those exact same things, but with a better UI, and more detailed results, and actually reading out what the cpu and gpu are.

Speedfan is only designed to really adjust case fan speed, not as a monitoring software. Better alternatives are AMD overdrive(for newer amd cpus), hwmonitor, msi afterburner, nzxt CAM, and many others.
