Picking up an RX 460 wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

I'd rather have a new cpu, but you'll need a new motherboard as well if you do that and get something decent so you might as well get a gpu since you don't have the money for a good cpu.

Since those games are CPU intensive, I would say a CPU upgrade is more useful. If you can save up, I would get a i3 4160 and a H81. If not, the A8-3870K may be a good option as it is an upgrade in processing and graphics. The 4160 would be a much better option though if you can afford it.
