Does anyone know the TDP rating for it, want to run it with a I5 6500.

The TDP is 180W, its more than enough for an i5 6500.

An i5-6500 will be no problem.

(I'm actually using it paired with an i5 6600k on a MSI Z170A SLI PLUS and it's fine

that is the mother board i was gonna run it on but i might down grade
