Are the cables correctly plugged in?

I have never experienced something like this but I would suppose this is not fixable without some detailed knowledge about the inner structure of the monitor.
Louis rossman prooved Linus wrong about baking hardwae but he also explained why it may temporarily help scattered across his videos. Baking the right component might be able expand the lifepsan for some weeks maybe even omre than a month but I (again) suppose this can not be fixed outside a professional shop
