Computer Engineering and Electronic Engineering Uni's

Only real things I care about is I don't want to go a super small school or a super big one and it preferred to be in the Eastern part of the U.S., no further than Wisconsin / Illinois

I want to double major in this field for two reasons as it will be easy since they are both very similar fields where the extra load for double majoring won't be much and it will offer from an already wide range of jobs to a higher range.

It doesn't have to be on the Eastern side, just preferred.

I'm sorry, is there a question? Are you asking for school recommendations?

Unclear post is rather murky.

Oh, I guess I did forget you know... the whole question part of my post. Yeah pretty much an overall base ground for Uni's, In the end I'll gather together pros and cons of each and see which I like the best.

As it might be harder to get into some, how do you think Uni's would feel about a guy right out of HighSchool with 2 associate's and a few certs.

The University of Wisconsin Madison looks good so far and is close enough to me, A lot closer than the University of Washington ( Wanted to go into Ophthalmology )

University of Wisconsin Madison Is like 6 or 8 on list of best 25 Computer Science colleges so I guess go for it. But! Do know DON'T ABANDON THOSE CERTIFICATIONS. THOSE ARE GOLD TICKETS and College is the cherry on top. Getting a Computer Science is equivalent to getting a bunch of certifications BUT PLEASE KEEP TRYING TO GET THEM CERTIFICATIONS THAT IS ULTIMATELY WHAT BUSINESSES ARE LOOKING FOR. Trust me they want experience and certifications to prove it. Anyways good luck in your IT career hope you do well.
