this is the cheapest one I could find thats 144 Hz, there are other cheaper ones on Amazon, but I can't find the refresh rates, if you are looking to max out your 1070 then I would get the one thats slightly over budget.

http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009642&cm_re=monitor-_-24-009-642-_-Product

but if you haven't already bought your 1070 then I would get a RX 480 or GTX 1060 and a decent 1440p monitor.

Umm i guess the best thing you can get for that price is a 1080p IPS panel monitor.

1440p starts at 250 euros so that's not really an option.

Ultrawide is also too expensive.

Or if you want to trade in the IPS panel for a TN panel with a little higher refresh rate you can get something like the AOC G2260VWQ6.

75 Hz instead of 60 Hz. Yes it has amd freesync which is useless for you but you can perfectly use it if you want to without it.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3
