Hi guys, so suddenly my pc keeps restarting everytime i turn on pc. Turning on pc and nothing on monitor, than the pc just turn off and than turn on, than there is a loading screen when i can get to bios and the other stuffs but when it jumps to windows loading  screen, the pc suddenly turn off and turn on again and now the system skips the possibility to get to the bios and im in the loading screen immidiatel. Somehow the cpu is overclocked from 3.2ghz to 3.4ghz. I tried to remove 1 RAM stick, i was swapping them and putting them to another RAM slot, removing battery etc. What it could be? It starts after installing new GPU and HDD and reinstalling windows 10 on SSD.

My computer specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 was @4.5ghz, 1.252V, but now it's 3.4ghz somehow

GPU: XFX dual fan RX 470 4GB

MOBO: GIGABYTE Z97X Gaming 3

RAM: 2x4GB Kingston HyperX @1333

SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB

HDDs: Seagate 2TB, WD green 500GB

PSU: ENERMAX NAXN 500W

Cooler: Kraken X31

I'd say your PSU is probably this issue.

Case - NZXT H6 Flow : Mobo - ASRock X670E PG Lightning : PSU - Deepcool PX1000G : CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D w/Arctic Freezer III 360  : Memory - G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32gb 6000mhz CL30 : GPU - MSI Expert 4080 Super : Storage - Verbatim Vi7000G 4tb NVME SSD  : Displays - Gigabyte 32" M32QC Curved 165hz & 27" M27Q Pro 165hz 1440p

CPU or Motherboard. do you have other CPU?

I think the Motherboard is bricked.

No I Don't.. I Don't even have a motherboard, I thou this thing was a RAM issue, should I update BIOS? In the newest BIOS it says that it will fix the memory compability and if i am swapping the RAMs like this, it would everything makes sense. But yeah it could be a CPU or Motherboard aswell, unfortunately i don't have extra CPU or MOBO so i guess i will handle this thing to some computer service..
