Laptop for school

I'm looking to buy a new laptop for school. Budget is ~8000dkk (1200 USD)

 

Screen should be 1080p+ 

Windows 

GPU optional

15.6" or smaller

An office pack included

 

I'm currently looking at a Lenovo Yoga 510 which is running an i5-6200U (though a model with a 7200U is also available for not a lot more), 4gb DDR4, and a 128gb SSD.

Are you sure you want a 15" laptop? I had one in 2009-2014 and carrying it around was a pain in the ass.

4 GB of RAM is okay for light usage, but will struggle with gaming and other memory-intensive tasks.

Also, instead of going for an expensive laptop, why not getting a cheap one and spend the rest of your budget on a desktop system?

Well, anything <15 is also fine. I just can't fit anything bigger than 15.6" in my backpack.

 

I currently have a desktop (A fairly powerful one too) for my gaming needs, the laptop just needs to be for school usage.

Then I suggest you don't overspend on your laptop.

I thought it was obvious from me using DKK as the first currency, but I live in Denmark, not in the US.

oi m8 since you are not going to do anything special on it, then get a used X250 they go for like 3-5k depending on the specs and are great, you can als look at used T450s.

Also check out Laptops.dk if new is a must

Thank you very much. I've had some bad experiences with second hand things, so I prefer new.. I'll check out the website.
