Moving prebuilt pc parts

Am i able to move CPU, HDD, GPU, Ram, CPU cooler from my Lenovo Erazer x310 to a new motherboard and case?

If it is a socketed CPu you can remove it. HDD yes, GPU yes, RAM yes, Idk how easy the cooler will be to remove or how useful it will be but is should in 95% of cases be removable without braking it. Well, you never know since it is a prebuilt :/
