Mount it on something and solder the power pins to a USB connector. Nerdiest USB fan you'll ever get. Plus at only five volts it'll be quiet!

 

Or just screw it on a wooden plate, make an acrylic case around it, and see how many non-techies you can convince that it's an expensive modern art piece called "My sister's wedding".

Melt down the aluminium and remold it to make a gpu backplate or something. (currently planning to do that)

me and my friends have turned several (works better with old amd ones but can still work with intel) into coolers for our phones, when your charging your phone while outputting video to your tv (watching youtube or whatever) phones can get pretty toasty, stick it on the cooler (youll have to raise it off the ground with a cardboad tissue box or something to stop it from suffocating) and dont worry about the heat anymore :D

thats actually a great idea! My phone has gotten so hot before that it couldnt charge gave me a error message and told me to unplug it and let it cool down. I was kinda confused as to why it just didnt reset itself to cool off.
