Dedicated GPU while having seperate GPU for work?

Title is confusing, but wasnt sure how to word it. BASICALLY, I HAVE A QUESTION. Is it possible to have the program use only one GPU? I was thinking about upgrading to the 1070, but I still wanna use my 760 as a folder. Is it at all possible to set it so that that specific GPU will always be working on folding while not using the 1070 or the CPU? 3: You know, having a 1070 and a 760 on the same motherboard of course.

Yeppers. In fact, I used to do this when I folded, I threw an older GPU in so I could still use the computer effectively while it folded on the main one.
