Instead of gtx 750ti , you could go for a RX460.  It's a more modern chip which supports newer DirectX versions and OpenGL and Vulkan and in lots of games it's more powerful than GTX 750 ti

The fan is a bit overkill for that processor.

The system won't use more than 250w so that CX 430 w power supply would be enough, but you can probably do a bit better for the money. Could get a better quality psu.

there out of stock

It's available on Amazon, here's just a couple :

XFX Radeon Rx 460 Single Fan 2GB GDDR5 True OC 1220MHz Displayport HDMI DVI Graphics Cards RX-460P2SFG5

https://www.amazon.com/XFX-1220MHz-Displayport-Graphics-RX-460P2SFG5/dp/B01JGQU8WI/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1472525450&sr=1-2&keywords=rx+460

Sapphire Radeon RX 460 2GB GDDR5 HDMI/DVI-D/DP OC (UEFI) PCI-E Graphics Card (11257-00-20G)

https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-GDDR5-Graphics-11257-00-20G/dp/B01J1M4H8I/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1472525450&sr=1-4&keywords=rx+460

just enter RX 460 in the search box and you'll find plenty, here's link to the search page with results

The RX460 just like GTX 750 ti isn't powerful enough to use 4 GB of memory, imho it's not worth spending extra for 4GB.

For an extra $10 you can get yourself an R7 370, which is not as good as the RX 460, but would crush the 750 Ti.

well i'm going 460 anyway
