I'm curious what the most optimal airflow setup would be. I currently have it set up like so:

Spoiler

Airflow diagram.png

Would moving the radiator to the front, with the fans switched to intake, while moving the two 140mm fans to the top bracket as intakes help me lower the temperatures? I'm not really that concerned about the CPU or GPU temperatures in particular. They are idling at 42 and 39 respectively. Under load, the CPU jumps to about 52-55, while the GPU just stays at 40ish. I'm more concerned about the VRMs which are sitting at 57-60 all the time. That seems safe, but is a wee bit unsettling. I feel like I currently have conflicting airflow around the CPU area.

I'd say what you have in that pic is good since it is close to neutral pressure and has air flowing in a stream across the major components (in theory of course since it sound like it doesn't seem to work that way in practice for you)

i agree though you can do as i have and turn that rear fan around to help pull cool air into the radiator.

I have thought about doing that, especially as it is the easiest thing to do, but my only concern is the fact that that is one of the only parts of the case with no filter.

Would it make sense to have one fan on the radiator pushing air out, and the other one pulling in? So, the one near the back of the case is an intake that is being exhausted by the rear fan, and the one near the front is exhausting the front-top intake?

No.

Your temps are fine.

I have never tried it but that sounds like a bad idea, to be honest. You can buy magnetic dust filters if you so desire. I, however, don't use a filter but seeing as how dusty my radiator has been getting of late I might just buy one.

You got that Zotac in there, iirc that thing is pretty massive, probably just trapping a bit of heat there, but those temps are fine

If you are worried over chipset and stuff, it's best to use rear as intake. Those parts rely on passive airflow which they aren't getting from AIO. But you shouldn't be worried. Mobo components can take up to 120C temps. What you have are about same that I get with air cooler.

Thanks for the replies. I guess I'll just stick with the current setup for now.
