PCI Blower Card

Right before we start quick info.

 

My case is rack mounted so this is why i have need for a blow fan as airflow is limited.

 

I'm already running 2x FD 60mm fans, 2x FD 80mm fans and a AIO water cooler with 2 pressure optimized Phantek fans.

 

Ii will be eventually modding the case so i can flip the PSU so it has its own airflow but that's for another day.

 

so i need a blower fan to help draw the GPU heat out the case better.

 

so my question, does anyone know a decent PCI blower that dosnt sound like a helicopter taking off and has some good air flow? ( and possibly runs off either 3pin or 4pin header? )

because i have had this PC for over a year and it wasn't always rack mounted its a new thing i been working on temps arnt bad can play games with out going anywhere near max temps but when i see room for improvement i will try it so
