Intel or amd

A friend of mine asked me to build is PC

He going to game and edit videos on it...

Is budget is from 1000$-1250$ he don't want to OC and he already have an ssd....

He don't want a fancy case.... Rather a cheap OK one...

So my main question is:

Witch CPU should I buy for him?

1.and fx-8370/8370e

2.i5-6600/i5-6500?

I also will be happy for hardware suggestions...

Also we live in europe so we need it to be from amazon.de

Also, why not OC if you can? It gains high performance.

If you still don't want to OC then go for this- http://pcpartpicker.com/list/f97Mbj
