My budget is around $150 dollars max.I don't want to spend that much money on a monitor. Any suggestions...

I had the same monitor mentioned above. Acer H236HL. Was great considering the price. Developed a problem after a bit over a year, but when it worked it was really nice. Did have some quite pronounced ghosting tho.
