Oneplus Two cannot boot into android and can on bootloader

So, i tried to re-unlock the bootloader, since it showed on the ADB device info that i wasnt tampered, and i wasnt unlocked, even tho i had a rooted phone. I did that, and now, when i try to start the device, i can hear the device being recognized in windows, and when that happens, i can see the OP logo and the "Powered by Android" Logo. What should I do?
EDIT: I tried to boot in to fastboot mode, and run the flashing TWRP again, and i get an error that says: FAILED (remote: device is locked. Cannot flash images).

please note i am using the 64GB model.
