ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH Z170 S or the Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 7?

As the title says ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH Z170 S or the Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 7. Which mobo is better in terms of Sound quality, best overclocking, Port quality ( also yes i know most boards dont have problems with this but i just wanna make sure), and just best overall quality of the board.I'd like to say again that i wanna know which board has the best onboard audio solution for the time being cause i do plan on getting a sound card just not anytime soon.

I gotta say the Gigabyte. Creative Sound Studio on the z170x is far superior to anything ASUS could ever offer. I have a Maximus VII Hero and a Gigabyte Gaming 7 and it's a pure night and day comparison.

ASUS makes good mobo's but they offer little in return on your investment compared to others.
