Best upgrade option?

Hello, I have a EVGA 750ti OC a amd fx 6300 and 8gb of ram. I am finding that I max out my ram alot so I am upgrading it, so I was wonder, since I also max out my gpu alot, what gpu upgrade would be best for buck around $170 range for my pc

$170?  Unless you look for used stuff I think the RX 470 is around that price iirc

If you can sell the 750ti for around $75 the 3GB model of the 1060 is a great option for your other components.

Considering that 750ti is already arpound 100$ I don't think 170 will be any better. Save up for a 470/480. Should cost 200 or more

He could try selling the 750ti for a larger budget

I would have to agree with Ryan, but I would go for the 460 4GB and put the money saved into a possible system upgrade in the near future.

Agreed. I was recommending him to save money if 170 is all he can spend.

yup, sell that mofo, i'm sure a lot of cheap soccer moms who think they need it for family photo editing and poor 10yr old pc builders would love to see that on Craigslist sometime soon. If you can sell it, you would have enough for a 6GB 1060, twice the VRAM, twice the fun.
