hey new build for my friend! Trying to get it a little lower around $850ish. Has to have an Asus motherboard with an RGB header,. The cable mod leds, and a PSU with black cables.

Doesn't have to be an Asus motherboard. Just get a different RGB cable, there are thousands of them that exist for cheaper than $26. Plus, you can always get RGB's later.

I wouldn't buy a that PS.

I would get a 6700k.
