HyperX 2x4GB w/ Gigabyte Intel H110 Micro ATX worth it?

So I am planning on upgrading my PC's motherboard and RAM, but thing is I don't know anything.

which fit in my budget, but I don't know if there are better alternatives for my current system. Specs:

 

GTX 650 Ti Boost

i3 3220 @3.30GHz (base) (also plan on changing, but later on) (maybe i3 6100?)

Current RAM: 2x4GB DDR3

Current mobo: Intel IPMH61P1, DDR3 only, Intel H61 express chipset

That board won't work with the cpu you have listed...
