Different clock speeds in the second

I was wondering if factory overclocks will affect the max overclocks that you could get. For example, the rx 480 red devil comes with two overclocked vararents so would they be able to reach the same max?

Technically the one that's factory overclocked MIGHT be higher binned....but realistically you're playing the silicon lottery. It's a complete crapshoot no matter what you buy.

It's all up to the lottery. Whatever the factory OC is, it's just going to reduce your manual OC margin; it'll reach the same max speed in the end, though.
