 How does this build look?

Game that are going to be played: LOL, Smite, Overwatch, Team fortress 2, and Primarily WoW

They are going to be played at 4k (TV) .

Another option for more performance around the same price?

Scrap that cooler and get a i3. Locked Intel CPUs come with coolers. Even consider getting a 3GB 1060/RX 470 with a i5.

LoL, TF 2 and WoW will easily run at 4K with a 1060.

Play those games at 4K? Maybe at unplayable frames.

Get an i3 6100 with its stock cooler.

For a build like that an SSD is a waste of money, Get an SSHD if you still like Speeds faster than a conventional HDD, but want the capacity of one.

For simple games like WoW it's doable:

 

pertty sure the 1060 is better than the R9 285 and the i3 6100 is better than the FX6300 in many of those games that don't make use of the extra threads. So it's pretty doable in these kind of games.

You might have problems with games that   like more cores  but  the I3 should get you by  on a budget it does have hyperthreading which  the virtual cores  can  be seen to some  quad core friendly games  as quad.  itll certainly perform  better and cooler than a AMD  counter part. 

 

itll  probably do just fine for 1080p gaming,  I personally am not liking the power supply,  but i also have no  experience with it. I understand, its a name brand. but most of your (lack of a better term here) gaming power supply brands dont make their Power supplies , they are outsourced and companies like evga just puts their brand on them.  if a  poor quality power supply  goes out  itll take  your other parts out with  it  more than likely , just consider that.

Ohh about the power supply check here:

 

maybe you will find a better one that you can afford. Also see if you can afford a i5 6400/6500/6600 with a Rx470 or a 3GB 1060, might be useful for AAA titles or other games that need the extra physical cores but you will lose vRAM.

it just needs a 470 or 4gb 480

 

would be more than enough for what you want to do, and give you an advantage later with DX12/Vulkan

Did you already have a 4k TV or something?

and the low clock speeds on the i5 6400 put it only slightly faster than the i3 6100
