Used GPU, is it worth it?

I want to know is it worth to buy a used GPU (used few months or at least 1 year) and if it is this is a site (like ebay or amazon with used parts) 

in my country http://www.njuskalo.hr/graficke-kartice?price[min]=600&price[max]=1500 I alredy min and max price, so u can pick the most expensive if it can beat rx460 4 gb sapphire. CPU is i5 6500 with 8gb ddr4 ram and I will use pc mostly for gaming. (games like BF4, BF3, Rainbow Six Siege, World of Tanks, CS:GO, Maybe Ghost Recon Wildlands, Assasins' Creed Syndicate, Call of Duty Ghosts, Arma 3... FPS some tactical shooter, strategy and so on, but graphics demanding games)

So Pick one if it is worth to buy used GPU!!! GL

Don't quite know the performance of a 460 but a 290 should outperform the 460.

It will just use double-triple the power.
