iPad 3 iOS 7 issues

I'm having some strange issues with my iPad on iOS 7. Firstly rotation isn't behaving as it should, as in the background would stay still occasionally.

When I was scrolling it just stopped and wouldn't let me go any further. This was in iTunes and Safari.

I can't seem to add songs to my wish list on the iTunes app, yet I can on my iPhone?

Would also get some random freezes in safari even when just reading articles, nothing intensive.

Also it's not as snappy as it used to be, and by that I mean it's very noticeable, not just slightly but by a fair amount, adding an extra 3 or so seconds when it should have loaded, or when switching apps

Anyone experiencing these issues or know how to solve them?

It's on the latest iOS 7.0.2 I updated on launch day.

Do you have any ways of fixing it or just dealing with it?

This is being typed on my iPad and I can't help but notice when I posted this thread it was on 30% battery now it's down to 15%, all I've been doing is listening to music!

Go to settings, accessibility and turn off motion. Done it for me. 3D kills the battery.

iOS 7 is brilliant on the iPhone but sub par on the iPad. This is coming from someone who has used iOS and Apple devices since 2009 extensively! I think the main problem is I feel like iOS 7 on the iPad isn't designed properly. Like the swipes are too large when they should be far less, I guess that's for the iPad mini. But for the regular iPad the gestures are just stupidly long winded to carry out.

I really hope they address these issues.

I've got a mini and the sensitivity to bring up the bottom menu is a pain in the ass. There's also the home screen bar thing, looks way too big.

I'm sticking with just 7.0.0 till it's jail broken.

the only problem ive encountered is the rotation bug, which is happening to me quit often at this point... but other than that my only gripe is the amount of time the animations take, especially when im trying to do think quick...
