New monitors arrived today. Tried setting it up, the second monitor is not being detected. I have the power plugged in, and HDMI cable running from monitor 1 is going into monitor 2, but some reason doesn't work.

I can't see your picture, prob my school proxy

But you are saying you have your HDMI from your first monitor plugged into your second monitor?

You need two HDMI's, one per monitor and to a HDMI port on your motherboard or graphics card

I have this blue cable, running from my PC into the first monitor, then a black HDMI cable running from the first one to the second monitor. picture link btw https://gyazo.com/e02f693e3bfe6f869c841a2ad0c7a212

That won't work...

You need two cables per monitor, you can't connect them with HDMI

Yes, You can't connect two monitors via HDMI and expect a output

You need two black cables for each monitor

So the black hdmi cable, goes from the PC to first monitor, then this blue one, goes from first monitor to second monitor?

Yes, or you can get two of each

so two Hdmi's or two DVI or two VGA

Wait what. You do NOT connect monitors together, you only connect them with your graphics card.

Like, your graphics has 2 HDMI's, then one HDMI connects to one monitor, and the second one goes to the other.
