SFF ITX GPU Help?

So I am building a gaming computer in the cooler master elite 110. Its a birthday present for my sister. She loves playing on my HTC Vive, but for her birthday I am building her a VR capable computer to go into the living room. So I chose the case before I learned about its lack of GPU length clearance. So I am having a bit of trouble. I need a VR capable card that is under 8.29 in. Is anyone aware of a card that I could use?

Ram: 32gb HyperX

Storage: 940Gb ADATA SDD

1070 Mini, It looks small enough and it fast and power efficient.

It is worth the price as any frame drop can make you feel sick in VR
