You will want to find Skyalke CPU cause they have HD 530 and is quite powerful for games. I am not sure if you can find one under $200

I did had an Asus T book for my mother before. Very light but the screen maybe small for games. It's more like a tablet and the storage is limited too

the hard part is I want to get more game or parts for my destop but can not aforde both

Why not wait, save up the money and do those when you can afford? Ain't that like the solution to many of the problems? You should do one at a time, yes it takes time but eventually you'll get there.
