PC freezes

So, recently, I built my first gaming PC and I am totally loving it... Except for one thing, if I leave it sitting for 30 minutes or more, it freezes and I have to restart it.  Also if I go full screen on youtube, and don't move my mouse or pause it once every 2 minutes, it will do the same thing.  Please help.  Thanks.

What windows are you using?

Main gaming pc: Lian-Li Lancool II Mesh Performance - Ryzen 5 5600X - MSI GTX1080Ti Armor - AMD Wraith Spire RGB - ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x8GB 3200MHz - 500GB M.2 (and a few other drives)

Also, I just did a McAfee scan and there were no issues found.

Did you update bios, graphic drivers, flash, and windows yet?

How do I update the BIOS? I downloaded it, but there's nothing to open except for a text file.  Am I done?
