Sonnet makes Thunderbolt 2 PCIe Expansion enclosures. They are bloody expensive for what they are, more so than the Core. My college uses them for Red Rockets. Not sure what graphics cards are supported though.

There is also the AKiTiO Thunder2 PCIe Box which is cheaper. Not officially supported for GPU use because power supply is too weak and the enclosure can't house most GPUs.

I know another forum has a sub-forum dedicated to modifying enclosures into eGPUs. Can't say what forum it is because I believe that's against this forum's policy. You can easily google it though and I believe googling "DIY eGPU forum" will get you the first link.
