windows +r, type devmgmt.msc, network adapters > right click yours > properties, power management tab up top, uncheck everything. this fixed it for me, some device was trying to access my computer over the network and it would wake up.

pc specs: 4 function calculator / 8 digit lcd display / colored numeric and function buttons

No havent timed it, it did not work before its a new computer i built, i dont think that the mouse or other peripherals are turning it on but it can be turned on if i pres the mouse or keyboard, but the pc does not turn on fully the screen is black and it turns of again after a few sec.

i have done what you have said and i will see if it works
