So I just installed my gtx 1070 about two weeks ago and something weird has been happening. almost every time i first boot up my PC for the day I will see the motherboard logo screen, the windows loading screen. and then I get nothing. my PC lights are still on, and everything. the only way to turn the PC off after this is by turning off the power supply or holding the power button and after i boot up again it works perfectly fine.. pls help, thanks in advance.

Could do, it's worth a try.

It's definitely a possibility, but it wouldn't be too hard to test, either, and reinstalling them won't hurt anything.
