More information is needed like, system specs., is this a fresh install, what windows version are you trying to install?

Without knowing your system specifications, have you tried clearing your CMOS?

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

@Leonard computer specs are on my account page. Sorry I would copy and paste them but i'm on my phone and its difficult to coordinate. I have windows 10 and I have had my PC for like 2 months and it just did this now.

not sure what u mean by refreshing system but I have done automatic repair and didnt work. What's safe mode too? @samcool55

Might be hard to explain but i'll give it a try.

When your motherboard is done POSTing and going to boot W10, there is a small time gap the system is idle.

What you have to do is tap the f8 key as fast as you can when the motherboard is almost done POSTing.

If it worked you are now in a menu that gives you all the options i mentioned.

Might take a few tries, it can be difficult on some systems.

If you really can't get in the menu, report back and we will probably have to dive into the bios then.

edit: lol i forgot to mention it's the f8 button you have to tap :D my bad

In case you can't do the above you're gonna need the USB or DVD disc you used to install Windows, there should be an option called 'Repair your computer'

Yeee that's it! Good! Now we can start trying things.

Let's try safe mode first.

Pick "start-up settings" and after that choose "enable safe mode".

I think it reboots then automaticly into save mode if it works. Don't exactly know i don't use W10.

Yea it looks weird that's normal.

This is just to check if things aren't completely broken, the fact it works is a good sign and means there is hope to fix it.

Try to reboot it, sometimes getting into safe mode once magicly fixes stuff. (no joke i fixed some systems by just going into safe mode once).

If it isn't fixed, go back to the F8 menu and try the "start-up repair" option.

@samcool55 damn! I restarted it and the circles started to spin them froze in place again.  I tried 'start up repair' before and when it restarted it froze in place again. Athough I don't know much I think it has to do with drivers because a week ago my PC randomly restarted due to an error woth drivers. and I just ignored it.
