my hard drive wont be detected

i just got my hard drive and installed it on my computer and at first it was detected as a disk drive because of power.iso so uninstalled the program and it wont show up the only thing it will show up on is device manager and idk how to fix it from there and it wont show on disk management

Go Into a CMD

Type "diskpart"
in the new window type "list disk"

Can you see the disk?

HDD: 4TB RAID 1 Array (two 4TB)  PSU: N/A Case: N/A OS: Windows 10 Mouse: Something Something Logitech

Are you sure you plugged it in correctly? Both SATA data and power?

yes becuase it comes up in device manager and i can hear it boot up when i listen up close

i got it to work i went on manage storage spaces and put no resiliency and clicked create space or somthing like that and now its working
