Most reliable Skylake Z170/1151 motherboad?

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me find the most reliable Skylake Z170/1151 motherboard. It would mean a lot to me. My budget is $170, I don't want to spend any more then that unless it's a very small amount more. The size of the board doesn't matter to me, I can fit a full ATX board in my mid-tower case. The features of the board don't matter to me either. The only thing I care about is reliability, warranty, and failure rate. After going through two failed boards in the past I never want to go through that experience again. So reliability is my first and only priority. I want a board that's built tough with a VERY low failure rate and good warranty. Something that is pretty much guaranteed to last for a long time. 

 

With all that in mind, what motherboard in particular would you recommend? Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to read all this and is willing to help me. :)

The GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 and MSI Z97M-G43 were the two motherboards that failed on me during the first 2 years. I should note the first MB when I built my first gaming PC was also from GIGABYTE but that one never failed on me and lasted for three years until I sold it and upgraded my PC and got my new MB which was one of the two MB's that failed on me.
