hey guys i just bought the beyerdynamic dt 990 premium 600 ohm headphones and i wanted your suggestions on what dac/amp combo i should get for around 250$?

Schiit Vali 2 or Magni 2 Uber if you're allergic to glowy glass things. Don't bother with a DAC for now.

so you're saying just to get an amp for now? i heard that amp/dac combos like they mayflower 2 in 1 is a good one and i was kind of looking at something like that but i wasnt too sure.

Its fine, but not a good value. Schiit stuff is much better for the price.

No. Really nothing will, at this price point, only an amp is needed, and only if the volume without an amp is insufficient.

i was just asking if they were good products since ive seen bad and good reviews of them on youtube and on sites

I'm not aware of any credible "bad" reviews of the Magni or Modi product lines.
