Mini itx mobo HELP! (Dont know what to buy)

i need your guys is help with picking a mini itx mobo 

(I dont want some expensive GAMING/ SUPER FAST ULTRA stuff)

i just want a budget mobo 

for a gtx 1070 mini itx OC

 

Price budget : Under $100

 

Pc parts: i5-6500

               8gb ddr4/ddr3 (Depends on mobo)

                1TB seagate Barracuda

                thermaltake core v1 (white)

                550w PSU

              

 

( I did not buy any parts yet im just wondering if a mini itx build is good option)

Go for something with an H110, B150 or Z170 chipset. The pricing should be in that order, with Z170 being the most expensive. Use PCPartPicker to find the boards.
