Second Build Help

Hello!

I have made a list of what I would like my second build to look like.  Here it is.

 

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K

Mobo: Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7

CPU Cooler: Corsair H105

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2666

SSD: Samsung 850-EVO 250GB 

HDD: Toshiba 2TB

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW

Case: Fractal Design R5

Power Supply: Corsair RM650x 

 

There are a few things that I would like a response to.

 

First of all, I would like to know what you think of the GPU and the CPU Cooler.  If you have other recommendations, please give them  Secondly, I would like to know when I should do the upgrade. If your response is one year, then should I possibly get a 980 or 980Ti since their prices will go down?   And finally, tell me (and/or give me the PCPartPicker link) what you think would make a great build around this budget.  My only requirement is that it has the 6700K because I really don't want to get another CPU.

I'd go for a 1060, it's about the same price as a 970 and faster.

Other than that it seems like a solid build.
