So if you boot it will it be basically your windows but with more settings and stuff? So you could see things the manufacturer put and you could remove them? Do you think it's that useful? Thanks for your response!

I never used it, I don't think it will be "Basically you windows" I expect it to be more like safe mode.
I think it's a very basic version that allows you to customize a few settings and software without setting it up for actual use. But I'd say, try it! only way to find out : ).

But it wont be just "more settings" because than everyone would be running it all the time. Don't expect it to be usable for a day-to-day workload

Audit mode still boots up like normal windows and OEM gets to install softwares and other stuffs, then repackage it before it's sold to the customers. When the customer turns on their computer they're meet with the welcome setup screen.

Oh so for example Audit mode is like for the manufacturers to install the drivers and stuff for the people right and for example to put like the language to English and other things right?

It lets manufactures install drivers and software not pick a language because that's done by the customer who buys the computer. Setting language is done during the initial setup process.

How can they install the drivers and stuff if the OS even isn't put on. hen you get your new pre-built PC the manufacturer gives it to you with  the CD and you install it? I'm so confused! Thanks for your response tho!

During Audit mode the OS is actually put on and when it's done, Audit mode erase almost every trace of it. The disc manufacture gives, is a recovery image, it's a compress snapshot of all the programs that was pre-installed with your computer. You will not see the detail setup process from those recovery disc.

@Carlos1010

New built with Win10

Normal mode: Installer does initial welcome setup>Install drivers and software>customer immediately sees desktop when they turn on the the very first time.

Audit mode: Installer skips the initial welcome setup>install drivers and software>customer have to do the initial setup themselves>gets into desktop.

Initial welcome setup is when you pick the color theme, select language, time zone, etc.
