Hello LTT Forum, so recently I wanted to take apart my computer for a video i'm making about the case but as I was unscrewing the motherboard screws I noticed that one of them wasn't coming out. Upon further inspection I noticed that the screw and the standoff became so torqued that they wouldn't separate. Any ideas on how I could fix it in case I need to take it apart again?

Thanks.

remove all other mobo screws and remove mobo from chassis.

using pliers, grasp the standoff while using the screwdriver to unscrew the screw from the standoff. repeat if there are others.

resecure the standoff(s) into the chassis motherboard tray.

Thanks! I'll try that if I take it apart again.
